Last night I realized that Alyssa was in fact telling us the truth when she said that there are THREE Alyssas in her dance class. 3 out of 13 girls are named Alyssa. I thought she was getting confused because there is another Alyssa at preschool, but no ... there are 2 other Alyssas at dance and 1 more at school. And here we thought that we were going with a fairly unique name. That's what we get for picking a name that wasn't on our "list".
Today they are having a pajama book party at preschool. The kids were all supposed to wear jammies and bring a favorite book. Alyssa was the third girl to bring in "Fancy Nancy". We should have tried to dig up "Fancy Nancy and the Posh Puppy" or something to be a little different! Glad I thought to put her name in the front of her book.
